The fool who created this web page seems to understand that if you are caught on a speed camera doing 23 in a 20 you can be given 3 points and £100 but are ineligible for a speed awareness course as these are apparantly only offered if you are caught above 24 mph Made up nonsense and as many others have stated no one on any forum I have seen has ever produced a NIP that does not comply with ACPO guideline

We do seem to get a lot of *Pointless Topics* these days. OK some might be interesting in a Philosophical way but I was under the impression that the object of the forum was to help people with a problem.
