But have you emailed your proof to Gladstones and robustly told them to do one?
i have asked gladstones if i could send in proof, they said it is too late to dispute and will need a solicitor im a student and cannot afford this at the moment
You do not need a solicitor. Stop being scared of a scam and a roboclaim 'legal' firm.
I would then out then put in bespoke defence not using the template defence on here concentrating soley on the issue of you not being the Registered Keeper.3 -
Your header made me laugh
GLADSTONES ARE DOING MY HEAD IN
It's more like Gladstones are doing their own head in ?
Need to understand this. Is the letter a "letter before claim" which should give you 30 days to respond, not 28 days.
The amount claimed is a typical Gladstones fake. This what they do, after all, they set up the great IPC/IAS scam
Assume you have it in writing when they say .. "it is too late to dispute and will need a solicitor"
That is a blatant lie ... it's kiddies time at Gladstones again
So the DVLA confirmed you were not the registered keeper at the time of these tickets ?
Have you ever, when the vehicle was in your name, received a ticket from Euro?
The question now is how did Euro get your details ?
Of course you don't owe anything and if Gladstones are ignoring you as they do, and if it does go to court, the sheer incompetence of this robo claim legal will no doubt have a judge in fits of laughter while he sharpens up his whooping stick. and awards you costs, probably for unreasonable behaviour

Read the NEWBIES sticky.
Send a SAR request to Euro Car parks.
IF they are stupid enough to persist then follow the advice in that thread.
hi, thank you for your reply
yes i will be sending them the email first thing in the morning and also request the SAR right now, i appreciate your help, thank you1 -

basically, the best way i can explain the situation is. i had never received parking fines from euro i have from the council which had been paid off (maybe irrelavent) anyways euro sent me some fines which i admittedly ignored, then recieved county court business letters and the last letter i had received was from Gladstones early august stating if i do not pay they will take me to court, also i have a recording which proves the solicitor said those exact words even after telling them i was not the registered keeper, DVLA has confirmed this. And tbh i have no clue how Euro had gotten hold of my details and have requested an SAR from them0 -
Please let us hear that recording! I'd like to show it to the Government please. Can you blank out your name at the start and give us a link to the recording please?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

So you have written proof from the DVLA that you weren't the registered keeper of the vehicle at the time of the alleged parking event. Have I got that right?
What is the allegation being made?
Who is the parking company?
To answer your questions:
1. Yes i have legit proof from DVLA that the vehicle was not in my name when the fine was issued
2. The allegation is that the vehicle was parked in a private car park. i did not since i was not the driver and was not the registered keeper either
3. the parking company is euro parking services1
