It's explained in the NEWBIES thread with a link to a template SAR.

But have you emailed your proof to Gladstones and robustly told them to do one?
Hi, thank you for your reply

i have asked gladstones if i could send in proof, they said it is too late to dispute and will need a solicitor im a student and cannot afford this at the moment
No, you need to stop giving them so much respect and don't ask for permission.  Just send the DVLA proof to them and tell them to 'go swivel' or words to that effect.

You do not need a solicitor.  Stop being scared of a scam and a roboclaim 'legal' firm.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

You do not need a solicitor .... a claim that is more bovine faecal material. This forum is much better. Follow the advice of the experts here, and you have already input from some.

Wait for the court claim to come through the post then when it does come back here

I would then out then put in bespoke defence not using the template defence on here concentrating soley on the issue of you not being the Registered Keeper. This is the sort of case where you want the court (and the claimaint) to see the defence immediately and that be the only issue on the table.

I would also log this kind of defence straight on the MCOL portal site given the way id construct my defence wording as there would be no copy and paste needed

Feel free to send me a private message and ill give you the wording to use when it comes

As others have already said email them (Gladstones) telling them you were not the registered keeper or driver at the time, along with a copy of the DVLA letter and TELL them to stop harassing you.

    Read the NEWBIES sticky.

Send a SAR request to Euro Car parks.

IF they are stupid enough to persist then follow the advice in that thread.

You really need to read and understand the newbies. Then you will know what to ignore, what not to ignore and how to handle it. By all means , send them a "go swivel" email first, but that will probably not be the end of it. Hence learning what might come next
