Please tell us what you have redacted, and if VCS have redacted anything as well. It's okay for example for them to redact commercially sensitive information such as how much they get paid. It is not acceptable to the courts to redact such things as sections that might support the defendant's position, nor is it accepatble to redact names, signatures, and dates on their alleged landowner contract.

Attached a redacted version here: https://docdro.id/F08RhBa . The only information redacted is personal information to myself. There's a copy of the contract in here too, along with the other exhibits. 

They don't even mention or acknowledge the crux of my appeal which was the permit falling from the window, and keep referring to signs. They mention signs on entry, which don't exist. 

Holding off sending in my WS until I get a new court date. Still waiting on the court to respond on that

I don't think regulars will open a file from a little recognised site, especially when you read what is said about it. Can you use Dropbox, making sure that it is in open viewing mode so others can read?

I hope seeing a WS to all those in an earlier stage will help. Hope it assists with people’s cases. This in my opinion is an example of a poor WS, and likely what others can expect

FYI  -  the WS of the OP is another one exhibiting the Crosby case and therefore not using the recommended exemplars.

Ah okay, will remove that. I was just following the structure from the one in the NEWBIES thread. Do you have a link to a more current WS template? Nothing submitted yet so still plenty of time for me to fix

Thanks. Any chance you have a link to a current WS? The NEWBIES thread mentions a good example of a WS which is what I followed

I assumed we'd already told you - aphex007
