VCS Fluttering Ticket / Valid Permit - We won...

Hello community,
I'm seeking feedback on my witness Statement, which is here: https://docdro.id/o1tFoDI (Can't attach PDF, getting invalid file format error).
A summary of my case to save you reading the full thread:
- I'm a valid permit holder at my place of work and my permit fell from the window during my shift.
- I appealed and failed. Went to the IAS (before reading this forum) and failed.
- I'm trying to focus my witness statement on 3 main points:
1 - I'm a valid permit holder, no legitimate interest in chasing me.
2 - No signage on entrance to car park.
3 - The standard admin/debt recovery charges.
Any feedback is much appreciated.

Patient Dream made a good point in that if you had not been a valid permit holder you would have incurred multiple PCN's.
Trainerman also made the point about rocking the vehicle. If you look at those employee sites it would seem as if Excel/VCN's employees are targeted even though the companies will deny this. Employees can be a bit naughty when targeted hence the PPI debacle when plans were being sold to people who were not eligible.

This is what happened in the financial services industry when staff were targeted to sell PPI. Now PPI was not a bad product but it was sold to customers for whom it was totally inappropriate. That was down to aggressive targeting of staff.

I would state that there is very toxic culture of evidence by ex Mobile Patrol Officers. They are targeted and face disciplinary if they do not produce sufficient parking tickets. I would then attached the reviews.

Reviews from employees on professional networking sites such as Indeed and Glassdoor, reveal what appears to be a toxic culture within the company. As one reviewer on Indeed states, "The staff morale is at an all-time low, and the company only pressurises you to issue at least 8 notices a day". This suggests an organisational environment that values quantity over the quality and legitimacy of issued notices. Furthermore, the comment on confrontational encounters with motorists points towards the aggressive enforcement of parking rules, potentially leading to unfair penalties. Another comment from an employee illuminates a further troubling aspect, stating, "They [the company] also make their own rules up as the clients have them on a string. They also lose a lot of sites and do nothing about it." This raises questions about the company's respect for existing regulations and their approach to client relationships and service. These reviews, while not directly related to the dispute at hand, provide a wider lens through which to view the practices of VCS and Excel Parking, which seem to be marred by questionable ethics and employee dissatisfaction.
Another question to the community, should I mention that my MP did contact VCS and they rejected his appeal to have the PCN dropped?0 -
If you have a letter from your MP I would include it in your WS.
