Nonono this is a separate thing.  You are not going through that channel yet.

This is an immediate complaint first.

Just ask your MP to write to the local court to support your complaint.  Do you already have a Formal Complaint in with the Court Manager, using the wording I wrote for you?

I've just had a call back from my MP's admin team and they asked if I wanted to go ahead with a sign off from them to appeal with the ombudsman. They haven't mentioned anything about an immediate complaint or supporting letter to the court/court manager? The only 'complaint' so to speak I've filed is the feedback form. Not judicial or anything. Sorry if I'm behind but how would I go about making a formal complaint to the court manager? The only real complaint process i've been told I can pursue is a the feedback form which just a review basically or the judicial on this website

edit: also in the meantime would it be wise to just pay and make another appeal to this decision now or file something like an N9 just my window of appeal doesn't close in case my complaint route falls through? I could possibly claim back the expenses in my complaint claim through the ombusman

You need to make a formal complaint to the Court Manager setting out the words I gave you.  I hoped you'd done this formally, ages ago.

Copy in your MP and ask that they also write to the Court Manager in support.

You cannot delay this any more.

YOU MIGHT HAVE TO PAY £108 AND DO ANOTHER N244.

Read the entire thread by @qwertyoffice which is right next to your thread right now.  They have been offered £200 for a mess-up by the CCBC (not a local court) and they only achieved that with a formal complaint and £108 application to force the complaint before a Judge.

Read and learn and get it done!

I dont know if I mentioned but I did send a long complaint email to the court around a month ago. It wasn't to any court manager but to the chambers department where I've been directed to send all my emails and also are liaison between me and the judge. I don't know if there is a court manager or how I would find their contact details. The judge has only responded to my email from the court date (21st) feb saying to file another appeal, but yet to respond to the actual complaint from the 27th feb.

I have read the thread but don't see how the CCBC is at fault in my case? I believe it was my local courts and judge where all this mess has occurred. I'm assuming you mean an application with consent from the claimant given you say £108 too? I can email them first thing tomorrow and request a consented application.

My MP's office has been forwarded my complaint and long winded email chained back and forth with the court. Like I say my MP seems to have just jumped straight to the ombudsman route. Should I request a letter of support from him first?

    Thanks as ever!

Did you mean I could be offered money by my local court not CCBC? They definitely have culpability here. Happy days if that were to be the case.

Do you have any advice for my previous post regarding a consent order from the claimant and the formal complaint process with a court manager? I've got another appointment call booked in with a legal advisor today I will ask them more about contacting the head of my local court.

    Cheers
