Private parking transferred to GCTT certificated enforcement agents (bailiffs)

Hi,
I overstayed in a retail park(cca 25min) and I got a parking penalty charge notice that I missed, then a debt collection notice from ZZPS, and now a letter from GTCC as attached.

Did anyone faced a similar situation?
I thught private parking notice don't go to bailiffs, at least not before going through court.

The sender address on GTCC letter is the same as ZZPS, does this mean anything?

I'm ready to appeal the charge based on the fact that the sign was not clear, but I did not get a chance, so I suppose I'll have to challenge it in court.

Thank you!

It means they are attempting to confuse and intimidate you into paying them money. Debt Recovery Plus pull the same stunt by switching to Zenith debt collectors if their first few letters failed to deliver - same firm, same address. ZZPS are just copying them.  They are powerless, and can only send you silly letters. They cannot enforce anything. Just ignore them.  The NEWBIES FAQ Announcement, fourth post, tells you all you need to know about debt beggars.

But, should you receive a formal 'Letter Of/Before Claim' from UKPC's solicitors or a court claim form from the Northampton CCBC, come back on this thread for further advice.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Another con trying to scare people using the word bailiffs

It's ZZPS AND ALL THE RUBBISH THAT GOES WITH THEM

    ZZPS Limited
    Bacchus House
    1 Station Road, Addlestone
    Surrey, KT15 2AG

ZZPS, the inventor of the fake scam ADD-ON, a scam approved by the pointless BPA

ZZPS are doing another WONGA and a prime letter to let the government know that these clowns should be banned (search google about WONGA and how they were busted)

They are so entrenced in the scam, they just walk in blindfolded

UKPC KEEP DUCKING AND DIVING between debt collectors and legals maiinly because their claims are rubbish including their signs

These money scammers have one thing in common ... they all belong to the BPA

  • I think this should also be reported to the Police as it is a blatant attempt to defraud people who are not aware of the OSNER scam

The OFT should be warned as well

Police won't be interested though. I'm not sure the MET Police were, about Wonga, but public pressure made them say they'd take a look.

Could report ZZPS to the BPA but personally I prefer to let Osner keep digging till he falls foul of a landmine, later on when there is real scrutiny.

Now is not the time to help that man clean up his act. Softly, softly catchee monkey.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Even their website - www.gctt.co.uk - is riddled with statements about ZZPS.

Their Privacy Policy, for example, starts...

  • Doubtful the BPA would do anything, not with their scam buddy

And YES, "GENTLY GENTLY CATCH A MONKEY" .....

Osner is walking in a minefield and he is not Princess Diana

I wonder how those who put up the money for the JR think about this fool

The letter on this thread will be seen by government and it could be Osner alone that will dictate the JR will fail

How is that you parking companies ?, seems like you have a traitor in your system
