serena sorry to laugh but
I can just picture it, I'd get a damp cloth and wipe them up with that, then stick the cloth in the bin or alternatively hang it on the washing line and let them blow away lol or do you want to keep them?
Thanks for the kick I'm away to do my kitchen now. BBL.0 -

Back from taking flowers to DH, boy do I miss that man. Just about to go and have lunch with my sis (note to take her the money I owe her for pressies she bought from her shop!)
Kaz that is fantastic news about the charges and what a great idea for your DS you should get someone to video it so you can see his reaction.
Some really good progress made by you all this morningRight better skiddalde, catch you later xx

Well, here I am rather late in joining the weekly thread! Oh boy, have I got some catching up to do.
And dammit, pigpen, I'm going to have to clean my oven now.....
And WELL DONE to tiamai for your debt clearance - what a fabulous feeling that must be. I need to update my sig., but still haven't been through November's budget to see how much the debt reduced by....
Well, here's what I've managed today:
Went for an early morning run
Put towels in wm
Put clean towels out
And ... erm... that's it - not even a swish and swipe yet
Am working at home, but only until 3.30 so will get stuck in then, and make a start in my lunchbreak.
rumbly x0 -
I knew I could hear giggles!!
I've vacuumed the tumbler, the ground floor, and upstairs, and put the bedclothes in the wash. No way am I keeping those dratted fluffy feathers. I just have to work out a way to empty the vacuum without getting the house covered again!
Off to pick up DD, and then lunch, and wrapping up I think.
I wouldn't mind a quick zoom downtown, but it's bedlam when the schools have just come out for Christmas, so maybe I'll wait and dash down tomorrow early. It is never too late to become what you were always intended to be0 -
sorry serena, but thank you, I needed a giggle.
AnWsMum ((have a giant hug)) must be even harder at this time of you xxx
Sent DP to post office, oops it's shut :rotfl: never mind the dogs needed a walk and he's took DS2 so I can have some peace. Kitchen looks like a bombsite again so I best tidy that as planning to make a curry tonight with all the trimmings, chicken korma, keema naans, keema pilau rice, sheek kebabs etc all from scratch, I love it but takes ages to make and I always end up needing loads of space. Couple of laundry loads to do. Sitting room can stay a bomb site until tonight as DS2 moans as soon as I move his boxes.
Suppose I should get off my bum and vacuum while they are out...One day I might be more organised...........

For AnW'smum.. and for A & W as well..
I just read those few words and burst into tears.. I've just had a right old rant at mine today and he has wound me up almost to yelling pitch and I booted him out to work.. it just feels like he is permanently stuck to the soles of my feet.. then you write that.. honestly.. I have totally lost the plot here this week!
And now I have forgotten what I came in to write.. oh !!!!!!!!!!!
I have eaten food.. drank tea..
Oh.. the WM just ate DD1's duvet cover... ggrrrrr another thing for the recycle bin.. I am furious! I've cleaned it all out and it appears to be functioning ok.. I'll try it with a load of towels!
Hubbys BIL just brought pressies round from SIL.. I don't like him.. and he looks to have gained about 2 stone since summer! My mtoher brought my overlocker.. I just need the pattern and the fabric now.. ggggrrrr
right.. work time..
Of to....hhhhmmmmmm S&S the bathroom and loo I think.. that only takes a few minutes!
