Nobody contacts UKCPS or Trace!  You don't take them seriously.  Ignore.  Ignore.

Yes: Just ignore them COMPLETELY and block their number. Come back and start a new thread only when you get a LBC from Moorside Legal or similar legal firm.

i contacted them again before reading this as i was angry they just hung up on me, they have now advised I needed to make payment regarding the matter or it was to go to court at which point I would have a CCJ and it would seriously affect my credit rating, I asked if I could have more time and seek my own legal advice she advised there was nothing she could do as the case was already with the solicitors, I advised I was confused as to how the case can already be with solicitors yet if I paid in full that was the end of the matter. 

Tina suggested a payment plan which I advised I would take part in, however she advised there needed to be a down payment and the matter had to be dealt with there and then, she advised she could do £85 today and another £85 another time, I advised there was no way I could afford this, I advised I would need monthly payment, Tracy advised this would need to cover the full amount, I advised I couldn’t afford this, she advised there was nothing she could do then and it would have to go to court, I find it hard to believe the court will take a great view of all these refusals to enter into negotiation.

I am seeking my own legal advice at the moment

You are not risking a CCJ. She lied.

STOP! Stop phoning and stop trying to get 'legal advice' from people who don't deal with private parking scams daily. We do.

My worry is my case isnt like the ones stated on there, i stayed at a premier inn, i went to give the staff my registration, the staff advised i was ok to just park anywhere on the car park, the car park was not busy but i hadnt notice the blue lines i was parked in (it was normal white lines but with a long blue line across the front of the bays, UKCPS Ltd claim this was for Fedex vehicles only, they have sent a picture of my car in the same shot as the parking sign (about 3 spaces to the left of the sign) im just worried they will issue and immediate CCJ with out a hearing as Trace have threatened, that leaves me and my family in a very very tricky predicament

Are you not reading the replies you are getting?

@Coupon-mad has already told you "You are not risking a CCJ".
She also directed you towards further guidance.

Clue: it is impossible. I don't know why anyone thinks that can happen. Of course it can't.  YOU ARE NOT IN A PREDICAMENT.
