Yes we’ll spotted! I can’t remember all that well if I’m honest and want to be sure of the nuances towards Parkingeye before beginning anything.I’m so grateful you guys give this service FOC!0

@KeithP rightly points out that this one is a ParkingEye and they don't try to add the spurious debt admin fees, however you could use the defence template as an example of style and format providing you don't use any of the paragraphs relating to debt recovery.2

You haven’t explained why you have received these PCNs. If you feel Parking Eye are wrong have you tried complaining to the hospital / PALS to get them cancelled.1
-
@Le_Kirk thank you
@Not_A_Hope the driver was parked without a ticket both times. I’m not sure if this would ever mean Parking Eye is wrong?0 -
Why did the driver park twice without buying a ticket. Were the signs not clear and obvious? Did they simply choose not to pay?1
-
They didn’t realise both times and is suffering badly with a condition hence at the hospital; a hip operation is pending and several trips have been needed to hospital.Not_A_Hope said:Why did the driver park twice without buying a ticket. Doesn't look good as a defence; your best bet is PALS at the hospital. When talking to them have a copy of the NHS parking principles to hand: -

I agree that PALS might be your best option. Otherwise you need to be able to explain why the defendant ‘didn’t realise’.1

In an earlier post I said you have until 19th September to file your Defence.
Because 19th September is a Bank Holiday, you now have until 4pm on Tuesday 20th September to file a Defence.
