oooh.. That exchange reminds me I have to exchange some shcool shirts for Squeak.. I picked up 2 'regular fit' and one was 'plus fit' .. they will be like a sack on her skinny body..
DW been loaded and I grabbed some dirty plates form Moomins room. She brought her new BF round today.. so he was politely asked to be respectful and polite when we contatc him to check on her wellbeing.. we are not interested in what he thinks is 'funny' when we are trying to ascertain whether Moomin is safe or not.. arrogant like nosewipe!
Spam and Jazzles take for hait mincing.. Jazzles needs to go back his is looking a little 'mullety' (the back looks like the back end of a duck)
Feargal needs more practice on the kitchen floor.. which is what I wanted it for really.. he seems to spit mess all over.. I think I am doing something wrong or using the wrong head.. I will play tomorrow.New medication collected.. it's given me a headache and not made a great deal of difference to the pain.. just waiting for the face to swell and the rash and the wheezing to all start up.. gastric reactions are also normal. The woman at dr's said no one else had had an issue with it.. not everyone else is me!LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)8 -

I need to gt my thinking head on.. I need to devise a reusable way to have the girls choose what they get in their sandwiches for the week.. it may end up as a printed chart and a pencil and rubber!

The house is now filled with the sound of silence! Little ones on their way home, along with a huge box of veg, eggs and home made jam. DGC out for the afternoon with their parents. Bliss!! It will be nice to not be women before six, but they will be missed. Their dad had promised to bring them all to stay next year, mum, dad and all five children.
ASB, I'd get them in lamb, at least then you' can get some return for you money towards the end of next year. Now i know roughly where you are, I picture you as the Yorkshire shepherdess.
Teas started, DW loaded, going to pick blackberries, I'll be on the back field of anyone wants me, hugs, mumtoomany.xxxFrugal Living Challenge 2025.8 -
Hi all
Cycling done (with coffee and cake half way around). Clean washing put away and a few work tops ironed. WM going. Feeling decidedly lazy now but I do need to get the hoover out at some point.
I need to finish my September budget, we want to get rid of our very old fridge/freezer and small freezer and replace them with one big freezer. We already have a separate fridge in the kitchen and all these appliances must be costing a fortune.8 -

Yesterday I decided that swimming was a better 'cause' than doing body pump and body balance as I was still a bit achy from Wed, so I did 1km in the pool. This morning was at my usual lake so that's another bit done. The steps haven't been going so well, didn't meet target yesterday as by the time I'd swum, recovered from swim, done a bit of shopping then gone to a friend for a music supper (my SIL's lemon curd pudding recipe met his fresh rasperries - yum), I barely made 5000.
Past paperwork from current student I'm writing up has arrived - piles of it so that will be today's task, making more progress with his report now I have the background although it is very complex.
Done a bit in the garden.
Filled bird feeder.
About to arrange some flowers and take them to church. I dropped in on the way back from my swim just to get a container and assess the depth of bat droppings that will need hoovering - eek - only to find a fire alarm on. Absolutely the most piercing and loudest sound I've heard.....having established there wasn't a fire, I rang the church warden who sent her OH over to silence it. Probably full of dust.Remember...a layer of dust protects the wood beneath it.9 -
