Try to find an email from info@purecard.com in your spam

I did this but never received any money. I chased and got a standard response. Just received an email that says:
"Angeion Group International LLC wants to send you money with Wise."
Did a bit of research and Angeion does look to have been part of this. The email requires an account with Wise and the link looks legit. But I'm naturally suspicious! Has anyone else had this?
UPDATE: It was legitimate. I opened a wise account without the link I received! Then manually added the details and I've received the money. Yay!0 -
I received the e mail regarding Angeion Group wanting to send me money and after checking, checking and re checking I put in my bank details and immediately received £313 into my bank account. Very very anxious about putting my bank details in but did all the checks recommended and it all went well 😃0

I have been in touch with Settlement Administrator twice, last time Nov. 14/23 and asked for my gift card since a search in the mail system has been without result. I have been told that gift cards will be sent out to the ones not paid yet, and to pe patient and also to check the spam mail. As of yet, still no result. Anbpody else in the same situation, or am I the target for a scam?

It appears that the Mastercard gift cards were the first payments to be made. I got mine on 02 August and a lot of others posted that they got their cards around the same time.
Not sure what you mean by a scam, in that nobody is asking you for money; although there is obviously a concern that after four months your claim is the subject of an administration error.
I assume your claim was acknowledged with Claim ID and verification code?
A card missing/stolen could not easily be used as you can only cash them via PureCard and your email address, verification code, and a pin number are needed.0 -
I have not recieved my Mastercard gift card, I've emailed the administrator and they have said check your junk and spam folders and given Purecards phone numbers and emails. Called Purecard and they have no record of me searching by name, email and phone number.
Emailing back the administrator and copying in Purecard, fingers crossed I get this sorted.0 -
Well, I have been royally shafted by this! Despite several emails asking where my claim was up to I heard nothing for ages. Then I received a cheque with a spelling mistake in my surname. When I emailed to point this out then they said I had given them the wrong information, despite the fact that I enclosed their confirmation email containing the correct information! I replied, pointing this out, only to be told that the settlement payments had now finished and they could not re-issue the cheque.
To say I am miffed is an understatement!0
