I think there are quite a few creases on my face too, Narc0 - I've had longer than you to collect them! If only getting rid of them was as easy as doing HHI...9

Love your table number Ionafan and Narco - two little ducks
Hoist the flags, summon the pipers, let the Town Crier wear his tricorn hat and ring his bell, smelling salts at the ready I HAVE FLOWN in both the bathroom and kitchen with - ta dah - the under sink cupboard emptied and cleaned, dettol anti viral surface cleanser, which I have NO recollection of ever buying consolidated into two bottles, not 3 (3?) (THREE?) and - drum roll please Narco…I even twirled the bottle brush down the basin and bath plug holes. The horror.Suffice to say the buggers now drain-much more rapidly and bleach is an effective deodoriser - or masker. I also pegged out so much washing it had to go out in shifts. And an odd peg incident occurred as I ran out of yellow pegs.
Vacuum cleaner brush bar cleared of hair. So there’s been a lot of hair clearing today.
My knee is complaining, my hip is joining in so I have taken some parrots.

Hallooooo xx
Is anybody there?
I'm up, but running on fumes so having an easy day after another intense week at the paid stuff. I'm dressed, made my bed, fed the birds, put out the recycling, WM is swishing, and first load is pegged out.
Ten days off. Woot. Woot 💃 💃
Love to all

I hope they're all having a well-earned lie in Round. I certainly was, even though it wasn't earned. Have a lovely well-deserved and hard-earned week's holiday. I hope you have some lovely things planned for yourself. Sorry about the squab, at least it knew someone cared about it, and it didn't die alone and unloved. These things matter.Ooooh that looks lush Ionafan and Narco! And you both look totally fab. I'm at the age where while I can quite see how flawlessly beautiful young people look, they no longer look finished to me. I like a bit of experience written into people's faces. That sounds like a drastic amount of Flying Valli. No wonder needed parrots. I've just cleared up a couple of cat sicks, so that's enough Flying for me for the moment. I might have a bit of a scrub in the bathroom this evening before I embark on the pre-op santising procedure. At least this time I won't be washing my hair in H!b!scrub at 10.30 at night.I'm so glad your DS saw the light about the scan, YL. Much relief all round.Gorgeous girls, by the way. I don't usually comment on kids photos because I'm not a parent myself, but they really are very beautiful and full of character. Lovely.I hope all Flyladies have a really lovely bank holiday weekend. You're all magnificent and you deserve it.Better is good enough.9

Hi Honey Bear
I hope your pre-op washing stuff is nicer than the one I had - but given I didn't succumb to nasties I shouldn't moan.
Two more washloads out - because DD is away I washed her valance sheet. It also needs a minor repair. the bed is a 4' wide but the valance I bought was the standard 4' 6" so I sewed a pleat down the centre to make it fit the base (cue Vall wearing proud face as I am not a super sewer) and it's come undone a little at one end. I've also got a towel/washcloth load out as I am using flannels to wash and using a clean one every time (see reference to nasties, above).
Maidenful of ironing done and stuck in front of sunny, open window to air.
Didn't run DW last night as no where near full.

Morning Afternoon, all.I have cake envy, Narc0 and Ionafan! Lovely photo, you look like you are having a lovely time.
Flying envy, Valli. I could put that right, I suppose, by getting off my derrière, but it’s just Too Much Effort.
Holiday envy, Round. By all accounts, that takes you into September, if I am correct. Hurrah! R&R prescribed for you, madam. Feet up, enjoy the peace, report in by throwing the odd fluffy mule at us.
I have been to the allotment this morning and surprised myself by coming back with what now looks to be more than enough veg for us for the week, plus a bunch of dahlias, herbs, and a bag of plums. I don’t hold out much hope for the plums, as last week’s pickings were maggot-ridden. So disappointing, but quite unsavoury when they are part of your packed lunch!!This afternoon’s job is to sort the fruit and veg. It’s way too twot to do anything else - please send rain and coolness if you have it. DD wants help cutting out some dressmaking material, when she finally surfaces, DH is out for a friend’s birthday this evening, so I’m hoping for a quiet night in with DD. I don’t need her to get any other fancy ideas…
DH is showing off and wielding the vacuum cleaner. Don’t be fooled, he thinks I don’t know that he has broken both the flush and toilet roll holder in the downstairs toilet, and has been surreptitiously mending them while I was at the allotment. The vacuuming is only to clear up whatever mess he has made, it will not stretch to the LR or anywhere else that needs it.
Off to magic up some lunch out of the veg and / or contents of the fridge…I may be some time…
Have a lovely day, one and all x9 -
Afternoon all.
Twot here too but now the grand babies have gone home I now need to get my office transformed into a spare room and the rest of the house clean as we have MIL staying from tomorrow for probably a week.
Better get moving then.Spend less now, work less later.10 -
Twot here too. But two loads of washing dried outside; now brought in and folded up.
Thank you HB. At least he died snuggled down in a towel without buzzy flies annoying him.
Fayolle - now I have your consent I will practice perfecting my aim with a fluffy mule 😊 I'm hoping someone has patented a boomerang fluffy mule - I'd buy one 😄 Did you know that you can buy a Co-worker Voodoo doll? I actually only Googled Voodoo doll....and there it was. But I'm on Annual Leave now so I can make....forget about that and chillax. And read - smiling at piggers; and, of course, flap, flutter, fly....don't want to frighten any birthday visitors....is it too early to say I've decorated for Halloween?
Love to all my flylady friends. You are amazing.

I went upstairs to find that DH had done most of the prep in the room his mum is staying in. It's now completely ready for her. So tonight I'll get admin out of the way so it's not on my mind and hoover through. I'll tackle other rooms tomorrow morning before she arrives.
So just having early dinner, do those jobs then walk Poppet when it's cooler.Spend less now, work less later.9
