I was being too impatient, they came out of the mould really easy once they were cold enough, I just ruined one and just had to eat it (it did scream loudly for me to put it out of it's misery - well what's a girl to do) ;)
I shan't post pics they are just like the ones I did last week.
    Good luck all with yours.

I have already asked this but how long in the fridge before they set?

LouBlue, I'm not sure, I put them in for 10 mins to start cos I read any longer and they get that sugarbloom, so then after I put them in a cold cupboard all afternoon but these are very thick and they wouldn't set so I stuck them in the fridge for about 1 hour. They were nice and hard then to get out of plastic mould and not too sugarblooming in colour.
This was some very big very thick choc hearts and lollies though.

Ah - lots of piccys to look forward to tomorrow then...

And hope yours go well LouBlue or I know who will get first blame! ;)

I've just finished my experimentation (and hubbys still snoring!) and I'm attempting the lettering 'I' 'Love' 'You' and a heart (using moulds not icing either!) to go on top of a bar - you'll know tomorrow whether it worked (I don't know myself yet, its at an inbetween stage) because if it has, they'll be a pic, if not, there won't. Good Luck everybody for tomorrow...
