Cooking chocolate. Does that taste as nice as Green and Blacks?

I am doing them on Wednesday, then if they got t*ts up, I can do some more on Thursday.

LIke your style - you wouldn't call me Mrs Beeton if you saw my cooking efforts (apart from my WONDERFUL chocolates of course!) - I'm the type that burns fish fingers!! Gotta go, my kids are off for the Half Term and want me to go on a bike ride with 'em! (Why can't they just watch TV or play on XBoxes all day like normal kids...?) :rotfl:

I have the mother of all hangovers today (we went for a meal for hubbies birthday last night) but I could just manage one of those right now LOL.

have just ordered loads of moulds and cellophane and ribbon so i can make favour bags with hearts and doves and cherubs and bride and grooms and chocolate heart lollys and some big hearts to weigh the balloons down at my reception (they will also have balloon weights because otherwise as soon as the chocolate gets eaten the balloons will rise up lol. i see this thread and got a bit over excited i think lol.
oh yes we are chocoholics.x

Excuse me! Speak for yourself! lol, You may have a point though, chocolate & chocolate making does seem to be taking over my life a little bit much these days (but there could be worse things taking control... lol) I'm sure I'll be back to 'normal' (whatever that is!) once Valentines Day & Easter have passed... Can't speak for LouBlue though...

I tried a bar of dairy milk and the chocolates tasted like dairy milk which was good.

But same thing, just starts to melt to the touch. Cant wait till my thermometer turns up so I can temper the choclate properly. Then I am sure they will turn out better.

Sorry soblivion, can't offer you any - I only had the large heart left by the time I'd finished photographing & scoffing and I don't feel I know you well enough to send you that. :rotfl:
