Just when you managed to resolve something I hadn't been able to do for a long time, they go and chage the Forum🙄. I now can't get the above work-around to work. Can you just confirm if it is still possible to quote from different pages, but without losing the source of the post that's being quoted? I've been following the Forum change thread, but I don't seem to be able to find a way round this.

I'm using my phone this morning - and can't even see what you're quoting even when I click on it. So have no idea what you're talking about (not unless I make a note of the post number you're quoting and try and look back for it - but who wants to do that?) it's broken. Can someone fix it?

Whatever they have done overnight has made it worse.
Yesterday on my phone I could click on the link and see the quote; today it seems to take me back to the quoted post itself which means I'm constantly going backwards in the thread and is particularly unhelpful.

not everyone likes change - that's a given. But when it appears evidently broken rather than just 'it's new get used to it' - it would be worthwhile rolling back to the old version until the new version is repaired, rather than tinkering with it and making it worse.
