    I have been getting the same message for many months possibly even up to a year now. When I've contacted them I've had no help at all. They are not interested. If I click on my payment plan I can view my payments though and I am hoping that eventually it will also show a refund of the £66 but as yet nothing and nothing gone into the bank either.
    Best way to get through on chat I have found is to go to the web site (rather than app).  Don't login. Go to Help and keep scrolling down till Chat appears.  When Cosmo asks you want you want just type in Chat to Agent.  Generally that gets you through to an actual agent faster (although you will be in the queuing system until one comes free).  You will have to give account details etc as you're not logged in but I find this way is much better at getting through to someone.

    I conceded defeat and rang them the other day, hold time was "only" 8 mins which was a nice surprise. Anyway, she said there was an issue with pulling the readings for most of the last month but that had corrected itself in the last week. She was able to generate a bill and now the site is working again. Also, in another surprise, BGs numbers are not far off my own and my DD will not be changing 

    And to keep on topic, £66 hit the bank yesterday
