As per previous post - "my" £66 went in and out of my BG account on the 5th - no sign yet of arrival in bank account.1

There is also two "miscellous documents" credits to the account one for the DD amount and the rest making up the rest to the £66.

Just made an online payment from my bank account and noticed that the balance is +£66 , so BG payment is in this morning.2

Mine went in this morning I think it's awful that they've had months to get it sorted to pay people on time Fingers crossed for next month.0

Still nothing into the bank for me. Still can't see anything on my BG account - been like the below since the 4th when it was supposed to generate my bill. I really don't want to have to get into an endless support queue. . . .
Edit - gave it a try. . .

That is mine in today so 7 working days it's taken which is perfectably reasonable. Shame the customer service lines are so busy because of people not being patient.

I've just today received e mail from BG telling me about payment plan,and another from them telling me I should switch to the variable rate.I was thinking about it but wanted to see something in print from them.0
