My gas supplier allows me to reduce my monthly payments (down to a lower limit).

My Mum (who lives alone) had her bill go from just over £100 to £400 a month. I wrote asking for an explanation as to why it had gone up so much as I couldn’t tally it against her readings. Whilst not getting a specific replay we got a further letter saying her new D/D is £134 per month.
Good luck with getting something sorted. I just got a small pay rise today and I work 37.75 hours but they've offered me another 5 hours.
So, that will all help with the DMP and the gas/electricity bills0
