I suggest the OP posts a pic of the meter (not the IHD) so that proper advice can be given.
That level of leccy usage in a 2 b/r maisonette with gas CH and DHW is just not feasible. No free lunch, and no free laptop0 -

The numbers on p1 indicate you are a low user 6kwh a day, 2260 a year and should not need to pay more than 85 a month even at 45p a kwh.0

I agree with those who say if it's not in use turn it off at the wall socket, not just put into standby mode. Doing this after my supplier went under is saving me £20 per month in electric. I even turn my smart speakers off if I'm not using them.
With gas lower the temperatures on the boiler to 50 degrees for water and 55 degrees for heating and turn the thermostat down to 18 degrees and set it to come on just before the first person gets home.Someone please tell me what money is0 -

One thing to do is check your heating/water timers; I've just reduced mine and will specifically switch on if I need anything other. The advice about switching off standby items at the wall is good; all you really need are fridge, freezer, and security items.0

Our energy use is down 30% consistently month on month during the summer. Just by taking a few reduction steps and taking advantage of the weather.
Come winter we expect to reduce 10-15% as the oven will be used but not to the same degree as last year. Heating turned down just one degree we don't want to go nuts and would like a baseline of what 1oC saves.
Overall looking for savings in the range of 20% and none of them will have been hard or lifestyle changing.
