@Missy_moo had to wade through the treacle of the ECP and DCB Legal court claim process, that has inevitably led to a discontinuance. DCBL are making ECP look like iditots. like UKPC and others who fly into the chicken out discontinue zone

No, they are making ECP a fortune from dormant cases.

Received 7 notices of discontinuation from UKPC - yes, 7!

Concerning residential parking issues. 

In total, there have been 16 PCNs to this keeper. 

1 went to the High Court and the defendant won.
4 also have successful discontinuation notices. 
1 is being contested in court soon.
3 are with an appeal currently.

1 offered a “goodwill” payment of £20 yesterday, which was promptly refused.

I'm loathe to ask for copy of each notice of discontinuance, unless you have them easily to hand, to count each one individually. We said that we'd provide evidence to Govt. 

However, if you don't have them, I think your posting above has enough weight to it for the Govt to take some notice. Thank you very much for posting. 👍

Here's another discontinued MET case from Facebook land.  Claim issued in October 2023 and has been rumbling on slowly ever since.  In July the D received an offer to settle for £60 but sensibly didn't pay.

Now they have received this N279 for discontinuance number657.
