    Hello, I haven't posted my case here but I followed all the steps and DCB have discontinued their claim before the witness statement due date. I only know this from calling the court after the witness statement was due as I hadn't received theirs. It was only then I found out they had discontinued the claim a couple of weeks before. Rather frustrating as I wasted time doing the WS when I didn't have to. I have emailed the court multiple times for a copy of the NOD but still haven't received it. Not sure what to do now! 

    Anyway thanks very much to this forum for helping me get the claim discontinued. I was from a parking fine from 2019 for over staying for 15mins in a shopping centre car park. UKPC was the client.

    Thanks! But we can only count your success on this thread if you show us the attached NoD so ask DCB Legal for it by return email or you'll apply for your wasted costs. Tell them that.
