I helped a friend fight EuroCarParks and DCBL. Here's another discontinuance to add to your records
The discontinuance was received a week before witness statements were due.
FYI - There was a 'Without Prejudice Settlement Offer' of £80 sent via email a few weeks prior which was ignored.
