    How did this all turn out? It's almost 2 years since your last input on this thread, but I note you've started another thread about (I presume) a different parking event. 

    If we don't get feedback on how cases develop, we have no idea if our advice worked, which isn't then helpful to building confidence to advise the next poster coming to us with a similar parking issue. 
    Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

    Do you have the date of the withdrawal as we're keeping a record of all DCB Legal discontinuations over the past 3 years. In addition, did you receive a Notice of Discontinuation (N279) from the court confirming that, if so, could we please see a redacted copy of it so that I can count you in the DCB Legal Discontinuation thread of shame!

    I've found the N279 from DCB Legal but not from the court to hand - would they have sent it by post?
