And in the space of just 5 minutes since the previous notification, @teagee85 confirms another discontinuation. This time it's the usual suspects, UKPC and DCB Legal.

Another one for your files. DCB Legal from a PCN 'issued' back in June 2020

One more to add. 

Process was followed as described to the letter, even with a kind offer of "just £100, it's the best we can do". 

This was between myself and ECP, and DCB Legal had a go at getting the funds out of me after two other companies had a try also. I hope more people see this thread and forum and just ignore them/take them to court. Sadly when I was doing my research on the company to see what I was fighting enough people must be coughing up as their cash position and no of employees are increasing.

I guess the lesson they'll have learned from this is, 'You can't win every one'. While losing one, there'll be dozens scared sh*tless by the threat of court, and gladly offer up their wallets for DCB Legal to help themselves to!  Sad, but very likely, very true.
