    Once again, @Solihillers is on the ball in posting up yet another CP Plus and DCB Legal discontinuation from Facebook, further confirming that more is occurring on the discontinuation front than just here on MSE. Thanks for your continuing input here Ma'am.

    Another Facebook case, PCN dating from 2022.  Capital Car Park Control trying to pursue a charge in a location where the driver had not even passed the signs on display and was stopped momentarily on the public highway to let their passenger out of the vehicle.  

    From the evidence we are pretty certain that at most the front wheels were on the "managed" land and the vehicle was certainly not parked.

    Hearing was a few weeks away. This turned up today for discontinuation number 515
