    It's really weirdly worded.

    Who has signed it?

    What is is headed (exactly please) ...reply to defence? Witness statement?

    Does the statement of truth say it's a WS?

    Ah, something and nothing then!

    Really odd to have a subheading 'Defence' rather than 'Reply to Defence'. Methinks they don't know what they're doing.

    If it's DCBLegal they'll discontinue later anyway.

    It won't get anywhere near a hearing at High Wycombe, whose Judges are well aware of PPC scams, seeing that we know @bargepole is of that parish and he has lay repped there loads of times.
