They are getting desperate now.. received court papers from uk parking with dcb legal for documents and payments from 2017.
What happened i parked at riverside legion, was around time the 1 pound coin has changed and i did not had any new ones, there was a note on the machine that new coins are available from the legion but it was closed; i went and find it somewhere else comeback and find ticket on the car, payed the parking and wrote back to them stating exactely that, also that they did not had to pay DVLA to obtain my details, my question is do i have to do anything diferently from CEL which i have different claim from..

What 'court papers' do you have? If it's a court claim, what is the Date of Issue? Have you acknowledged service (AOS) of the claim, and if so, on what date?
The NEWBIES FAQ Announcement, second post, is still the place that deals with court claims process, in addition the Template Defence Announcement provides you with wording to use in the construction of a Defence. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

edutu said:claim form dated 03 august 2022..With a Claim Issue Date of 3rd August, you have until Monday 22nd August to file an Acknowledgment of Service. Do not file an Acknowledgment of Service before 4pm today, but otherwise there is nothing to be gained by delaying it.To file an Acknowledgment of Service, follow the guidance in the Dropbox file linked from the second post in the NEWBIES thread.Having filed an Acknowledgment of Service in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Monday 5th September 2022 to file your Defence. That's over four weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute. To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look again at the second post on the NEWBIES thread - immediately following where you found the Acknowledgment of Service instructions.Don't miss the deadline for filing an Acknowledgment of Service, nor that for filing a Defence.
Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an Acknowledgment of Service has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.2 -

Please advise whether there are any limitations to this (for example, the format in which documents are to be sent and the maximum size of attachments that may be received). Add 28 days to 2nd September and what do you get? The CCBC tend to be a bit lenient about sticking to the rules!2
