They are wrong stating "in order to assist the Court " ???
Issuing claims and then chickening out with discontinuations does not assist the courts, it wastes the time of the county court system from MCOL to the court itself.

Don't be sucked in with this rubbish ...... JUST WAIT

Then follow the guidance in items 8, 9, 10 and 11 on that checklist you were using when you filed a Defence.
