Thank you, I will send you a PM.matelodave said:If you PM with your e-mail address me I can send you some Daikin commissioning and installation documents which should help you understand it a bit better. I'm not suggesting that you faff around with settings - n fact I'd recommend that you don't, unless you've got some ide of what is going on.
I've also got a guide to setting up the programmer, which is a bit easier to understand than the commisioning document
it does look as though you've could have the boost (immersion heater in the tank) programmed to come on every day a around 10am
Heres anothe video - he's also not everso scintillating but it tells you how to set the heating - https://www.bing.com/videos/search?q=Daikin+Heat+Pump+Controller+Settings&&view=detail&mid=D2FB93603C125225B1A7D2FB93603C125225B1A7&&FORM=VRDGAR&ru=%2Fvideos%2Fsearch%3Fq%3DDaikin%2BHeat%2BPump%2BController%2BSettings%26FORM%3DVDMHRS
I'm trying to see if he's done one for hot waterI have had the immersion off today and didn’t see the same spike I did previously between 10 and 11am so it appears you’re right about the immersion being set to come on.Usage so far today is just under 7kwh. The last couple of days have been £4 a day which is a amazing, we are used to £5-6. Sacrifice has been tepid showers but we will get there with that, the weather has been glorious here so cold showers aren’t such a terrible thing right now.1
