I’m another one that’s been ‘had’ by this company unfortunately. Does anyone know an email address for them? The phone number I’ve got has been disconnected and I can’t find an email address anywhere. I’ve had four letters from HMRC dated 23rd March ‘23 and haven’t heard a thing from this company.0

We have had Sam's issue wife received a letter from tax office advising of tax refund of£998 had no dealings with this company

I received a letter from HMRC on 5.7.23. advising that they will send a cheque to Nationwide PPI Advice Ltd within 14 days. I do not know why the overpayment of tax has been sent to them and not me, or how to contact Nationwide nor have I received any monies. Any helpful advice please?0

I received a letter from Hmrc telling me I was owed nearly £1700 and the check had been sent to this company as they had taken over as my agent. I have at no time asked them to act as my agent. I did have contact with them when they phoned me regarding a refund of tax I had payed on ppi in the previous years. They in turn used the info I gave them to apply as my agent with Hmrc without my consent. Needless to say I have not seen a penny of my tax rebate or ppi tax and their phone numbers have been diss connected due to “possible fraudulent activity”.0

I too have been scammed by these and the company I originally used to claim ppi I have read all this thread and I am now in the process of revoking my permission with this company0

No problem with Nationwide PPI advice, told them my bank details yesterday, received my money by BACS today! No problem.-1
