Working 16 hours down to 12

Update
I managed to get the 12 hour contract in work, so dropping 4 hours. This kicks in at the beginning of September.
I had also asked, in my journal would there be any sanctions and I was told no there wouldn't.
I've also just had an appointment with my GP. She is giving me an indefinite fit note dated from today.
So, just to clarify, I report a health change on my UC and upload the fit note? Then I just leave it and they'll be in touch with any questions or forms that they may want filled in or do I have to actually apply for LCW?0 -

You should be issued the UC50 29 days after you report the health condition. If you don't receive the UC50 after a month you should chase it.
This is what happened with me.0 -

That depends on the Work Coach. By default on UC a claimant is a jobseeker until such time as the WCA decision is made.0

I already work so don't do work preparation. I'm dropping from 16 to 12 hours. Doing 16 hours, I was not expected to look for full time and I already asked if there would be sanctions dropping 4 hours, I was told no.
So if I don't get LCW, I don't expect anything to change except obviously a drop in my wages.0 -
