Thank you. I have always got the Warm Home Discount, not sure why but I did. This year though when I went to apply, I didn't meet the requirements. Applications are still open with my supplier so I'll do that soon.

If you live in either England or Wales the criteria has changed this year and you don't need to apply. If you qualify you will automatically receive it. https://www.gov.uk/the-warm-home-discount-scheme/low-income You can also check this link to see if you qualify. https://www.gov.uk/check-if-youre-eligible-for-warm-home-discount

If you live in Scotland you will need to apply as usual.

Confirmation this morning that the work allowance will be back dated and a payment will be in my account today.
