Get to the court half an hour early, as you need to get through bag-check security and then sign in with the usher, leaving time to have a loo break, then grab some water and read your paper file of your bundle & theirs.

I never have a chat with the C's rep.  Just say no.

However friendly their rep appears do not discuss the claim with them. They may not have read all the paperwork so don't do their work for them.

Hi all just thought to give you an update. 

Went to court today and I won!! The case was dismissed and the judge even awarded be £95 for earning loss for the day I am attending court.

I wanted to say thank you all for the help and guidance the experts here have given me throughout the process. Especially thanks to @Coupon-mad@Mouse007@Le_Kirk@Fruitcake @Not_A_Hope for your help and advice.

It will need consumer input (powerful voices) but change is afoot. It's taken about 5 years to get to this stage:
