Has anyone had any dealings with Complete Save???

Hi there
I'm new to this forum but felt that I need to warn others about Complete Save. I have unwittingly signed up to this service after purchasing something on Ebay on December 2017 and unknown to me they have been taking £15 pounds out of my account for the last 2 and a half years. I have contacted them and sent back a return form for a full refund. Has anyone had any luck with getting a refund out of them? I have also started a dispute with my bank.

If you 'unwittingly signed up to this service' would a dispute with your bank be successful?
There may be some information about refunds in the above threads.

They do refund and cancel any further payments if you email them from my own experience. But their techniques to get you to sign up are borderline dishonest.
