    Dear All

    Hope all is well and sorry for not updating you guys as its just been very busy with work and home. However, this PCN malarky still lingers over me. The feedback I have had from ALDI is that they are happy to issue me with £100 credit note if I pay for the ticket as the nice lady said that the land does not belong to them, as I am a long standing customer they are willing to use good gesture. I advised the lady to put that on hold as I have submitted my appeal to Popla.

    I think my big mistake was admitting that I was the driver that day as per forum rules. Anyhow, I did take pointers from the Newbie posts as recommended and send in my appeal to Popla. (sorry did not upload here prior) Premier Park Ltd have put in their response to Popla and I was wondering if I can upload this here? Sorry my IT skills are limited and was not sure if I can send them to someone who can edit/remove my person details before uploading??

    Can anyone help me please, I need to upload the evidence Premier Park Ltd have submitted to POPLA. 35 pages, I have saved it on my iPhone as downloaded file but for some reason forum doesn’t not let me attach it???

    Also I note from my photos and there copy of contract, they provided that the land owner is ReAssure Ltd c/o JLL. However, the photo shows the landowner as Saville whom I wrote to??
