Correct, that's how I did it. Create an account, I used a dummy gmail account to register. Go to your videos and hit the crate button to upload. Save as unpublished, answer a few question, view and then post a link here (if I recall correctly).

Oh I also spoke to Nick the store manager at HB, typical answer “sorry you have to deal with company direct” shall I write to Savill the land owner? If so is there any template please?

Just an update. I have emailed CEO of Home Bargains as I had no luck with the store manager, No response yet. I have made an official complaint to ALDI and I have had feedback from them, they advised me that they have referred the matter to the parking management team and to wait 48/72 hours. Also, I have followed the guide here and emailed Savill the alleged land owner. I have had good response so far from a nice chap who has said that they are aware of this and will be taking this up with the regional manager of HB. He also mentioned that HB own that bit of land apparently and they have contracted the parking to Premier parking. I forwarded the details of the PCN as requested and said he will raise the whole issue with HB. Pray for me guys!2

Hi everyone, I am no still waiting to hear from all parties re cancelling the PCN, however, today is the 28th day for me to apply to popla. Shall I still put in my appeal with popla? What should I say?
