Spring Parking & DCBL LEGAL - I won in court!!!

Answering my own question here, looking at the documents it says
One party (which will be the claimant in default of agreement otherwise) shall email the electronic bundle to the court at XXXXXXXXXX and the other parties no less than 3 days and no more than 7 days before the hearing date
Given court is on the 19th November and they want me to sign off on this by Wednesday and they will file accordingly, this is not going to be seen as my fault if they file early etc?0 -
Hi All,
Should I agree that the bundle is ok? (Have looked through to make sure it is all there) @Coupon-mad.
Thank YoU0 -
Any help would be great thank you, before I go back to them
sorry for pushing on this!

Hi All,
Just a quick update. Received a letter from the court today saying that the hearing will now be virtual as opposed to in-person. The wait continues!2 -
Just a quick updated, received an email today from DCBLegal with the agreed court hearing bundle on it and also confirming that it has been filed with the court, so presume they intend to see me there rather than a discontinuation!1

Yes.
Make sure the court has your phone number and email address so you get called or emailed the virtual link. Clear your diary. Set aside more time as virtual hearings often kick off an hour or more late.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Going to spend a few days just going through my witness statement, making sure I know my clear points of argument:
No clear landowner authority (agreement signed by unknown party)
Never told needed a pass and when asked for one, told there's never enough. Have a witness statement from another employee to say they've had the same. Claimant has breached own "agreement" by not providing enough
Locked car park not accessible to Joe Bloggs
Inconsistencies, despite parking there for X amount of years, only received 1 PCN, surely the warden should know through their own due diligence that the car is authorised to park there
Can't read the signs on site, and are also blurred on claimants photos of defendants car, you cannot read them (they also haven't actually attached a clear photo of just the signage) so no actual, clear sign wordage in the bundle at all
Breach of their own supposed agreement where they haven't offered me the £10 fee to cancel the PCN
No idea who Alan Vorland is and what his involvement is

Hi All,
Just writing bits for a crib sheet, which I will post to get thoughts around later on, I have a question. Why is it that on a Letter of Claim, it states court fees of £35 yet the fee, as set out on the Notice of Allocation, is only £27. Surely this is inflating charges?0
