Appreciate the response. It was the first time in that area, I agree about the car park. I’ll ignore the DRA letters, and post any updates I get. The whole “QDR solicitors” letter worried me a little more than anything.1

Yep. We know. It's just a way to gaslight and intimidate people into paying more.
And that's what we want you to tell the Government. As we will (again...this will be the 3rd and final Public Consultation)!IMPORTANT - IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE THE LAW ON THIS:
Please read this and come back in good time for the upcoming Public Consultation (date TBA) that you will no doubt be keen to respond to:

Got an email this morning from PE saying the SAR will be issued within the applicable timeframe as per our UK GDPR obligations.0
-
Received SAR today. Basically said they received my information from the DVLA and sent me 3 letters. Also sent me the original letter they sent with the picture of my car entering and leaving the car park. I've had no letters since ignoring the debt collectors previous letter though.

Is the address on the letters they SAY they sent correct and is it your address as registered keeper with the DVLA?2

Hi mate. Yeah the address on the letters is correct of the time. I no longer live there or own the car, but at the time the address was correct0 -
Screen grabbed a picture of the sign. The driver at the time arrived at 7pm and read the weekday charging hours of 8am-6pm, hence not paying. Sadly missed the bit at the bottom where it says about the charging after 6pm. The other signage around the area isn't great.

That is a crap, badly damaged and unlit sign. Wonder why PE are not suing and have instead farmed the case out to aggressive but time-wasting gaslighters?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yes it is. It's also not actually in the car park it's on the outside wall as you turn in so there's really no time to give it a full read before you're in there.Coupon-mad said:That is a crap, badly damaged and unlit sign. Parking Eye are having a laugh. Fancy putting their name on an old bomb site and that sign ? Complete rubbish and where are the BPA who are supposed to check out these car parks ... ???
I mean it is not "Sleepless in Seattle" ..... this is "Fast asleep in Haywards Heath"
The perfect case for a judge to spank Parking Eye if it ever goes to court.
All PE are doing is using and abusing QDR to spend money on a failure
Poor old QDR ...... In this industry, scammers will scam other scammers
A proper contract is readable but that sign fails as it looks like ink has been spilt on it
