@Umkomaas separate issue but something to check as this post has just made me do a double check, on the N244 I put premier park limited as the claimant, and now the hearing date letter is received, it also reads premier park limited as the claimant. 

I think its correct, I'm just double checking as I dont want to leave any holes for these weasels to crawl through

PPL are the Claimant. They are also legally represented so all communication with the Claimant (with respect to this claim) goes via their legal representative.

This isn't difficult.

I did look - before posting - and it doesn't change anything in my reply. When completing the docs you name the Claimant; when sending docs to the Claimant you actually send them to their legal. It's as simple as that.

I guess I'm just worried they will find something completely irrelevant to the case to keep the CCJ to stick. Addressed to the wrong person, a wrong date, or something like that

You wont get the case brought forward unless there is more judicial availability in the meantime

Wanted to update this. Not the case as such, but the effect thats left me so stressed and destroyed mentally. I'm not really sure what I want from this post, maybe something to look back on, maybe to show others the effect of a CCJ, maybe just an outlet.

I've had a notification on my Barclays ap saying "update details" for a while, just a short banner at the top. I thought to myself there's nothing to update, and its one of those things I'll get around to whenever I get a free moment. Didn't seem important. 

I woke up the other day and my business account was missing. Phoned Barclays thinking it was just a glitch with the app, but no. They'd shut down my account. Absolutely speechless! turns out I had update those details or it would close my account. I knew nothing like this could happen! Had I known, I would have updated it instantly!

The initial stress of this was enough, but it was only the tip of the iceberg. Firstly Barclays are issuing a cheque to me in my company name, which I cannot cash because I am not the company. I asked the process and they said I'd have to wait for the cheque to arrive, then call up and give the cheque number and get it reissued in my name. This cheque is obviously my business money, my wages for next week, my wife wages for next month. Christmas month ... 

Anyone else in this situation could open a new bank account in seconds, I cant. My business despite earning north of £150k an annum, has been rejected by 4 banks because of my CCJ, in seconds! I have no savings left, we used them over covid. 

I'm now in a position, I cant physically open a business account. I cannot be paid, I cannot make payments, I dont even know how I'm going to access my money or invoices next month. I'm crippled. 

Barclays aren't taking on business customers until Jan. They cant reopen my account once shut, even though I called first thing the morning and spent a total of 5 hours on the phone throughout the day. I suspect the CCJ would prevent them opening a new one anyway. 

Then I realised the direct debits. Our Tesla finance, insurance, company insurance, software license etc etc. I started with the car finance. I said could I set up from my own business account but because its classed as a third party payment its not acceptable. I'm literally unable to pay for my car, this is beyond what anyone should have to go through over a f**king parking charge. I havent even tried any other direct debits yet. 

These absolute scumbags, when I wrote to BW legal the other month showing them the evidence of their mistake, they could have set aside the case. But they have no moral compass, they are the most vile of human life, so detached from what they are doing to peoples lives. My thoughts have taking me to a darker place I've ever been, and created a very dark side 

I've got two applications that seem to have missed the quick credit search rejection, but I'm not hopeful. I have money in the business, I have money coming in next Friday, but no where to pay it into or access it. 

I'm trying to sort this out, whilst I have to earn and run my business, whilst at the end of the day leaving that office to see my 3 kids and wife and put on a brave face like everything is OK, but its not. 

I just want to thank everyone thats helped so far, and please, please stick with me and help me through this horrible period of my life. I'm really struggling.
