Once you in Kent Reliance will send you a letter stating first payment amount which is due next month and it includes interest on days left in current month and your contractual payment for next month
Interest is nearly as much as your monthly rate divided by 30 multiply by days left in current month if that makes sense.Atena said:I moved in 2 weeks ago and still can't believe I'm in 😂

Hi All, I've read all the older thread regarding Kent Reliance mortgage offer. I'm new here. I'm using MB. Documents all in, queried info on bank statements, completed gifted deposit form and valuation completed last Friday. What happens after valuation? What's the current waiting time for offer? Thank you.0

Hi, I’m also new here - they came back to say they can proceed with £97 less than the loan we need which is obviously fine, but I’m still so scared that we will be declined after that anyway - what extra info did you have to give on bank statements etc if you don’t mind me asking? My MB said underwriting and offer was currently 16 working days if that helps!0 -
Hi, can anyone comment and let me know if Kent booking in a valuation etc is good news and how likely they will still decline you after that? Has anyone had the experience of being declined after that (not based on the actual house not matching valuation).. they’ve come back and asked some questions and said they can offer slightly less than we asked for (£97 less…) so feels like they’ve done all the checks? Just a little nervous still!0

Hi, is there anyone with a Kent Reliance mortgage application in at the moment? I'm just looking for some moral support as we go through the process! 😂0

Evening all! I’ve been reading through this thread & thought I’d post our journey. Offer on house was accepted on 01/08.Application went in on the 4th Sept to Kent due to all sorts of reasons MB dragged his feet if I’m honest! valuation has been booked and completed. Heard nothing since. Seller has already said if we haven’t got our offer soon he will pull out. He did say if searches are started with solicitors he will hold on. Paid £500 on account to start searches. Estate agents have just phoned for an update again! And said it should t take this long?!?Anyone else waiting for there mortgage offer?0
