I’m due to complete today! Although Kent have released funds the solicitor is saying they haven’t! 

The stress seems to be never ending! I’m going to have so much time on my hands when I no longer have to chase people!

How long after asking for extra docs did you all get an offer? Been 5 days since they asked for docs.

My extra docs were signed 6 days after but my surveyor was slow booking the valuation I had to wait extra 10 days for him to make an appearance. Once valuation was done I got the offer week later

They've come back and asked for more documents again- does that mean the clock restarts for the 8 days?
