I’ve been asked for extra docs too. I’m on day 3 of another 10 days wait! Hopefully this will be the last time they request something

We’re hoping to exchange next week. I’m so glad we applied when we did… any later we wouldn’t have got a mortgage. The rate we have now is seen by mainstream lenders…

KR seem to have removed all but one residential mortgage products today? Or have I only just noticed this? 

The only left is a 7.59% 80% LTV

Hi all, just read through this post - very useful so thanks all for sharing experiences.
Our buyers are using KR and have now been waiting 10 weeks plus for their offer. We're all tearing our hair out now as the chain could likely collapse if exchange doesn't happen by end of the month. Just doesn't seem like anything can be done to speed things up, we've asked buyers and their broker to escalate.

Has anyone got any recent timelines in this range? And does anyone know how long it usually takes for solicitors to receive offer documents once KR confirm an offer?
