At least one of the former directors had nothing to do with the new CSC Parking, one being in hospital with a stroke since January and his wife stated that whilst he was the director of a building firm many years ago she knew nothing about a parking firm and it came as quite a surprise to her ( you could tell she was telling the truth)
The other directors name being quite unusual, he was located via his daughter and again knew nothing about this firm , although this could be the wrong person but seemed unlikely given the unusual surname

The images of the documents will be very useful at the next consultation page.
Were screenshots taken of the websites before they were taken down?
The PPCs and debt collectors are not only trying to add on and claim fake amounts, they have now threatened to TWOC vehicles and hold them for ransom, with a threat to steal them (sell) if payment isn't received.
This PPC and this DCA have done us all a huge favour.
Well done on everyone, especially Grizebeck who found and highlighted this scam.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks5 -
Not sure it helps and this was never a PPC in any real sense. It was an online data scam, nothing to do with the DVLA of the APAs.
All it shows is that issuing any kind of parking or penalty charge - outwith of the regulatory frameworks or by Police or under specific byelaws - should be outlawed as a criminal offence.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

PPCs and DCAs don't have to be ATA members, and don't have to have access to keeper data in order to operate. It's all unregulated, so who is to say these are/were not *cough* genuine, independent companies.

Yep, which is why that needs to be a criminal offence.
I don't think we should muddy the waters of the Public Consultation with this. It doesn't help illustrate all that is wrong with the BPA and IPC member PPCs and DRAs, which is what we should be using to show the DLUHC they were right to declare the gaslighting and court-race-roboclaim-funding £70 as extortion.
We should call it the 'gaslighting and roboclaim fee'. That might hit home with new Ministers.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

This is for my own personal interest more then anything else (I do PI work on the side and it is this kinda stuff I find really quite interesting) so this is far more interesting then parking tickets
Ive located the director of CSC (the new one) and this guy certainly doesn't seem the type to be a director of a parking firm /scam
So I reckon its one of two things
He has been paid to be a director for this firm or someone has got his details but i actually find that a bit to random to find believable (although obviously if the info is from this data leak they would have his DOB), but i would wager its the former and would be quite surprised if he knows anything about it unless he is a paid director
Time will tell and I should have the answer by early next week.
