MothballsWallet said:Additional data I just found:
There's a Vasile Tanase on LinkedIn, but minimal data on his profile page.
LinkedIn shows a "People also viewed" box next to a profile and that shows Liam James Baines' name, but his job title says he works at Amazon.
There are a lot of profiles for "Steve Freer" and "Stephen Freer" on there as well, so would need further digging to see if we can find this particular "Stephen Edward Freer".
He may well work at amazon and given the name link it will 99.9% be the right person
Can you send me his LinkedIn profile pls3 -

Have had a very very good response from Fortis Business Rescue who have given a detailed reply, quite different to what i was initially told on the phone. Impressed with their reply
It would be good if people reading this can report Drsdebt.com to the FCA
https://www.fca.org.uk/contact#webform-submission-contact-us-consumers-firms-paragraph-800806-add-formI would like to confirm that CSC Parking Group Ltd has never been a client of Fortis Insolvency Limited. Our office is being used as the registered office of CSC Parking Group Limited without our knowledge or consent.
We were appointed as Liquidator of CSC Parking Ltd (a different company) on 27/02/2020 and this CVL closed on 18/11/2021, the company then being dissolved on 23/02/2022.
We believe it is this company which has had its identity stolen / copied somehow.
Since finding out about this situation yesterday, I have:
· Brought this matter to the attention of our directors
· Contacted CSC Parking Group Ltd be telephone and email
· Found a residential address for the named director and written to him there with a demand for him to change the registered office (Just to clarify, the person named as director and sole shareholder of CSC Parking Group Ltd is not linked at all to the company that we were Liquidators of)
· Reported the matter as a crime to the Action Fraud (we now have a Crime Reference number)
· Reported the matter to Companies House and we are in the process of waiting for a response from them about what (if anything) we can do about the use of our office address without our consent
· Contacted the British Parking Association, who have been assistive
· Liaised further with Horizon Parking9 -

Grizebeck said:@Mouse007 the reason ive put Drsdebt.com to be reported to the FCA is it is they who are claiming to be FCA/FCO regulated etc. CSC are not so would be pretty pointless reporting CSC to the FCAThat's a fair point but drsdebt.com is a domain and not a legal entity, it should be Debt Recovery Solutions Limited

Definitely court claims in the offing
If a majority of people pay up, and/ or give details upon the receipt of a windscreen ticket then the whole process of having to join a trade association can be skipped.
Then anyone can get some tickets printed, set up a website with some threatening rubbish to scare people into paying, go to a random car park, issue tickets, profit.
