To add to the points made by @patient_dream above, you may want to emphasise that OPS and the BPA themselves  know  about the lack of any alternative payment method, as a BPA inspector filed a report in 2019 pointing out that it was not possible to use any app to pay, although OPS tout it as an alternative.

Sounds like you need to read that section again, plus the info about WS and evidence tips and the fact that 'defence is not your only job'.

The only out of date bit in it, is the WS example linked (the one by RobertCox).  Please don't use that one; it is now superseded in 2022 by ones such as the bundle seen in the thread by @aphex007

When you read the WS bundle by aphex007 (link to their thread is in their profile which I have you in blue, above) what was the sticking point about using that one as your base?

Everyone copies & adapts the WS I already showed you and learns from that.  Shows you how to set it out, and what exhibits look like, and the sort if thing to put.

You don't just have one point.

And you have a shedload of evidence to attach, including the BPA Inspection Report posted on another Llangrannog thread by @ParkingMad only last month.
