Are they members of the Current Account Switching Service? Might be a contender for doner bank for switching swag if they are.

I applied earlier and I haven't heard anything yet which makes me think I'll get the usual "No thanks".
Monese and Monzo turned me down, although with Monzo I think it's the standard 12 month wait after closing an account. I think I had a lucky escape with Monese though

That's a shame if they don't. Pots are the number 1 feature for me as they make budgeting so much simpler, particularly for bills where you can put all your bills money into a pot ready for the direct debits to be taken.

Unlike Monzo, there isn’t an in-built method to disable payments with contacts/friends. Even if you disable contact syncing via your phone’s privacy settings, anyone with your number will still be able to find you on Kroo if they choose to turn on contacts.0

They’ve just responded with a cut and paste block of text. It’s not a feature they offer and it won’t be one any time soon.1 -
Just got my physical card today and it's gorgeous
Definitely one of the nicest looking cards I've had. Just a shame they don't have a facility for pots but I'm going to see if i can still use the account for bill paying and maybe I can switch to it full time if things work out and pots arrive somewhere down the line.0 -
Just wanted to update after having to deal with a separate issue with them today. I asked the person I was dealing with about pots and his reply was "as we've had similar suggestions from many customers, it's a feature we'll likely implement 'soon'".
But no indication of when "soon" could be of course.0
