Seems to be often when aa and rac carry fuel for cars in there vans. do they carry batteries to top up a bev if it runs out or has a fault. Then do the bev owner have to pay to be taken to the nearest charging point.

In the US there's a product called Sparkecharge that can be used by breakdown vehicles etc. But I wonder now with vehicles like the Ford F-150 Lightning with power sockets*, if having commercial BEV's with discharge potential, might simply solve the problem, though a bit slower.
*Absolutely brilliant bit of fun trolling by Ford, is that they are issuing the BEV pick up truck with an adaptor for Tesla's.Mart. Cardiff. 8.72 kWp PV systems (2.12 SSW 4.6 ESE & 2.0 WNW). 20kWh battery storage. Two A2A units for cleaner heating. Two BEV's for cleaner driving.
