Hi, the latest is that I have emailed my WS to the court again but have not had a response. I have called the court without being able to get through. Is there anything else I can do to confirm that my WS has been filed?0

Did you also copy in VCS?
You MUST also keep proof of serving your WS bundle and have that proof to hand at the hearing, because VCS routinely (we'd suggest disingenuously?) send reps with instructions to tell Judges they 'haven't received' WS from Defendants.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

@co@Coupon-mad I sent VCS a copy via separate email. I got a reply saying they don't accept email copies but I have not sent them a hard copy.0
