Hi, so after spending most of the night (till 3am) modifying, formatting, creating I finally sent my WS bundle to the court and VCS today.

Thank you again all that have helped me so far @Coupon-mad, @KeithP, @Fruitcake, @Jenni_D and everyone else that has selflessly assisted with this I really do appreciate it.  Once I have chance to redact the document I will share a link to it and I am sure you will all find improvements but given I was late (my error) submitting it I just wanted to get it out ASAP.

My hearing date is set for October and it will be remote (no attendance at court).  So what now? What should I be doing between now and then?

You should read your defence and witness statement and evidence (I assume you have supplied a summary assessment costs with your WS) and try to think what the judge might ask about it and prepare some answers.  Judges do like it when defendants are well-prepared as often the claimants are not. Points for you!

I have just received an email from the court saying:

This email exceeds 10MB and as such, will not be accepted as per Direction 5b

THE DOCUMENTS ARE NOT DEEMED FILED AND WILL BE DELETED

The total size of an email, including any attachments, must not exceed 10 megabytes.

They then go on to guide me to supporting guidance and say:

A party must not use more than one email to take any step in a claim which requires a document or documents to be filed.

Where does that leave me!?

The advice says:

A party may e-mail the court and may attach or include one or more specified documents to or in that e-mail subject to:

when printed out on both sides of A4 paper, the following documents, together, must not exceed 25 sheets of paper in total-

(i) the e-mail;

(ii) any attachments, including an e-mail or document embedded in any attachment; and

(iii) copies of the documents in paras (i) and (ii) that the court will serve where service is requested or required under the rules;

(c) only one e-mail, including any attachments, may be sent to the court to take any step in proceedings and a party may not send another e-mail or hard copy of any additional document as part of that step; and

(d) the total size of an email, including any attachments, must not exceed 10.0 megabytes.

How on earth do i send my WS Bundle!?

That comment is regarding sending your defence split across more than 1 email. If they've rejected to file your first defence email then it is as if it was never received, so you can still send your defence again (in a manner that they'll accept).
